RFEE Mission Statement

            The mission of the Education Foundation is to enhance the quality and scope of educational opportunities for the students of the Roxbury Public School District.

The Education Foundation is established as a non-profit community organization. It is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. The Foundation will include volunteers of the Roxbury community in their efforts to achieve the following goals:

·        Foster supportive community and private sector relationships to serve the interest and needs of the students.

·        Serve as a catalyst to support and enhance school programs that enrich and expand learning opportunities for children.

·        Seek donations of equipment, funds, and expertise from businesses and individuals to support the Foundation’s mission, educational goals, and purposes.

·        To make distributions, for educational purposes, to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code or any successor statute.
